The Firestone Corner will sign its first new tenant when the City Council approves the lease with Dripp Coffee at its first meeting in October. Fullerton Historic Theatre Foundation President Leland Wilson broke the news: “We’re very excited to have Dripp on board at the Firestone corner. They’re a great coffeehouse and with their plans for an additional restaurant and hardscape/landscape improvements to the courtyard it will give people a chance to come down and really enjoy spending some time there. Dripp will be investing upwards of $1million towards landlord improvements in addition to its own Tenant Improvements, which we are very fortunate to receive.”
Dripp’s appeal is in its small-batch roasted specialty coffee drinks and a comfortable, inviting atmosphere, perfect for Fullerton’s multitude of students or anyone just wanting to relax for a little while. After finishing their tenant improvements in the Firestone corner, Dripp expects to open its doors after the first of the year.
