4th Annual Hollywood in Fullerton
June 9, 2007
The 1950s are referred to as Hollywood's Golden Age - larger pictures, stereophonic sound and more movies filmed in color, all designed to compete with the explosive growth of television. The Fox Fullerton Theatre was improved with the installation of a new CinemaScope widescreen and a big neon and light bulb extravaganza marquee.
Our evening was filled with the glamour and sophistication of Hollywood in the 50s with dining, dancing, a silent and live auction, as well as a few surprises. Proceeds are assisting in the restoration of the Fox.
